The MÜHLEN GEN 500 model, thanks to its advanced blade system, cuts cardboard into special shapes and transforms it into completely softened filling material.
Easy to Use
The model is extremely easy to use. To operate, simply turn on the power lever and feed the cardboard into the machine’s feeder compartment.

FAST AND QUIET
With a cardboard processing speed of 3000mm per minute, the model has a noise level below 55dB and also features a waste drawer at the rear.

AUTOMATIC CUTTING
The MÜHLEN GEN 500 model automatically shears the excess part of cartons wider than 500 mm and separates it from the processed filler material.

POWERFUL ENGINE, POWERFUL BLADE
With a 400 W motor power, the model can rewind the cardboard with the reverse latch in case of a paper jam, as well as automatic feeding.

6mm THINNER CARTONS
The model can cut cardboard of 6mm and thinner thicknesses into honeycomb-like fillers and can cut cardboard to unlimited lengths.

SAFETY
The model has an emergency stop button and the feed opening is 10 mm high, making it very difficult for fingers to enter this area.
