Fully Automatic

The MÜHLEN CA 400 model, a cardboard processing and packaging filler machine, features a fully automatic system. When old or new cardboard or boxes are placed in the front, the model uses special cutting techniques and outputs softened and opened packaging filler material from the back of the machine.

Easy to Use

The model is extremely easy to use and has implemented all necessary safety measures to prevent injuries. The cardboard entry compartment, which is about 1cm in height, prevents hands or fingers from entering. The only action the user needs to take is to place the cardboard to be processed into the machine’s input opening.

Emergency Stop Button

In case of any danger, the machine can be immediately stopped by pressing the red “EMERGENCY STOP” button located on the machine. The machine can be restarted by turning the same button to the right to return it to its original position.

FAST AND QUIET

With an extremely low operating noise level of less than 55bB, the model converts 650mm long cartons and parcels into filling material per minute. With a maximum cutting and forming opening width of 420mm, the model automatically cuts off excess material.

AUTOMATIC CUTTING

The MÜHLEN CA 400 model with 420 mm cutting chamber opening automatically cuts the part wider than 420 mm. Cartons smaller than 420 mm can be easily processed in any size. The model has no limitations in terms of length cutting and the filler materials processed by the model can be used over and over again.

POWERFUL ENGINE AND SYSTEM

The model with 800 watt motor power is designed by German engineers to work flawlessly for many years thanks to its special hardened blade system. The model, which has a 10mm cardboard thickness height, also stops and returns the processing thanks to the “BACK” button in case of any jamming.
