The MÜHLEN Iron 640P-A3 model features 9 user-adjustable speed settings ranging from 500 to 1500 mm/min, designed for fully professional, all-day intensive use and heavy-duty operations.
A3 and Smaller Film Sizes
One of the fastest and most professional laminators in the world, the MÜHLEN Iron 640P-A3 model can laminate films in A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, and all intermediate sizes. Users can laminate a full A3 sheet in one go or laminate multiple smaller size sheets simultaneously.
Hot and Cold Lamination
Equipped with both hot and cold lamination capabilities, this model offers a fully precise digital temperature setting range from 0 to 160°C. Users can manually adjust the temperature or use the mode button to select from 8 pre-programmed working modes (temperature and speed) based on different film thicknesses.

75~250 MICRON LAMINATION
Capable of coating laminating films of all thicknesses between 75~250 (x2) microns, the model can coat perfectly glossy and strong laminating films in one go. The user can manually adjust the temperature and speed, or select the film thickness on the screen and let the machine automatically adjust the temperature and speed.

ADVANCED USER PANEL
The model with sensitive touch screen buttons can be adjusted automatically or manually by the user, such as temperature and speed, and has large LCD screens that warn the user in every situation. 6 CYLINDERS FOR HEAVY DUTY
Developed with the latest technology and operating with a heated Quartz system through a 29mm diameter roller, the model has 6 custom-made rollers. In addition, it is extremely simple to clean the roller system, which is opened with a latch system, from dust accumulated over time. In addition to the automatic jam prevention system, the film can be easily retrieved by reversing the system thanks to the red button under the panel.

INTERNAL HEATING SYSTEM
Produced with the latest patented technology, the model covers perfectly glossy laminating films in one go without burning or compressing thanks to its internally heated roller structure. In addition, when the machine does not work for half an hour, it automatically switches to standby mode in terms of energy consumption and waits for new laminating films to work again.
