MÜHLEN Iron-630-A3 laminating machine is one of the latest models to be successfully developed and manufactured for all day use by adopting high German engineering and integrated temperature control.
Special 4-Roller Structure
Thanks to its 4 rollers manufactured with high German engineering, it is able to coat perfectly tight and glossy laminating films, as well as to maintain its sealing and durability for many years.
Hot & Cold Lamination
The MÜHLEN Iron 630-A3 model with hot and cold lamination capability for hot lamination. Between 100 °C and 250 °C, the user can adjust the temperature. Which temperature produces which micron coating is described in the documentation.

A3 SIZE LAMINATION
With a 320mm feed width, the model is capable of laminating films of A3 and smaller sizes. With manual forward and reverse rewinding, the model is able to eliminate all kinds of jams and laminate much tighter films.

75 MICRONS TO 250 MICRONS
Thanks to the mechanical temperature adjustment system, the user can cover 75~250 (x2) laminating films in a unique way in one pass. This offers a wide range from the thinnest to the thickest laminating film. Which thickness of film is coated at which temperature is described in the documentation.

HIGH SPEED 530MM/MINUTE
The MÜHLEN Iron 630-A3 model, which features a temperature thermostat and user warning lights, as well as a lamination film coating speed of 530mm per minute, is built for all-day use and to last for many years.

COVERING DOCUMENTS OF ANY THICKNESS
With the ability to cover documents up to 1mm thick in total, the model gives the user ample space for every workload. For example: 1 copy paper (80g) has an average thickness of 0.1mm, according to this calculation the model can laminate a maximum of 10 copy papers or 1 cover paper of 800 grams.
