Fully Automatic Binding
As shown in the user manual, after setting the glue, pressure, and time according to the number of pages (10~400 pages), documents placed in the binding tray are bound quickly in a single pass with fully automatic operation.

400 SHEETS BINDING
It binds A4 and smaller (A5,A6,A7...) page sizes between 10~400 (Max. 40mm) sheets (80gr) with melting glue (HOTMELT) in a short time with perfect strength and appearance. The temperature level, which can be adjusted between 100~180°C, adjusts the melting consistency of the glue, while how many pages are more suitable for how many degrees is indicated as a table in the user manual.

320MM BINDING LENGTH
MÜHLEN TCM 97 is made entirely of metal body and components and has an adhesive binding length of 320 mm. This length is larger than the long side of A4 paper, making it ideal for binding A4 and smaller books and documents. The printing and gluing processes are fully automatic and the model has a digital display screen.

HEAT, PRESSURE AND TIME ADJUSTMENT
The model allows the heat, pressure and time settings to be adjusted according to the number of pages, thus achieving maximum efficiency. For maximum efficiency, the user manual provides a table showing how many pages should be used at which temperature, pressure and time setting.

LCD SCREEN
The LCD screen of the heavy duty glue binding machine model shows the degree to which it is set and whether it has reached the set degree. In addition, when the machine is ready for binding, it gives a long "beep" sound and warns the user with a green icon on the screen.
